For military members & federal government employees traveling TDY:
Pre-travel authorization is required. Personnel must adhere to the latest travel guidance issued by OSD, DoD, and DAF, which can be verified prior to booking. Lodging exceeding the authorized locality per diem rate of $110 per night requires explicit approval from your organization before travel commences to be eligible for reimbursement. Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in personal liability for expenses incurred. Consult with your unit leadership and Designated Travel System (DTS) Authorizing Official for guidance and pre-authorization requirements before submitting your Temporary Duty (TDY) travel authorization.

Book the Renaissance
Renaissance Montgomery has group rates available for DAFITC Attendees. Group Run of House Room – One King or 2 Queen beds – $399.00 per night (Minimum 3 night stay). Room rates require a 3 night purchase, and there are no rates available for abbreviated reservations for less than three nights. Pre-convention and post-convention dates are also available by request. There is a 15% plus $2.25 tax and $1.50 Tourism Tax per room per night which is not included in the $399 rate. Rooms and bed type preferences are subject to availability at time of booking
