District 5 Commissioner Doug Singleton serves as Chairman of the Montgomery County Commission. He has served on the Commission since November 2016. He is married to Dawn Vandiver Singleton, and he has three children: Tison, Caroline, and Brooke.  Commissioner Singleton is an active Member of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church.
