Julianne M. LeFevre

Director of Business Enterprise Management, Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Air Force

Julianne M. LeFevre, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of Business Enterprise Management within the Office of the Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Air Force, Arlington, Virginia. She is responsible for overseeing the Department of the Air Force’s Business Mission Area, which includes 300 business systems, is the Headquarters Air Force Authorizing Official, and serves as Other Critical Systems/Defense Security Environment Portfolio Manager.

Prior to her current position, Ms. LeFevre served as the Director of Enterprise Management, Secretary of the Air Force, Administration & Management. Ms. LeFevre has over 20 years of experience in acquisition, program management and business systems implementations in DoD. She is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Program Manager Level III certified. Ms. LeFevre has led a variety of IT efforts in the areas of logistics, maintenance, human resources, financial management, foreign military sales, and security cooperation for the Department of Navy, the Defense Logistics Agency, and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. She served as the Deputy Program Manager of the Logistics Information Technology Portfolio and the Deputy Program Manager of the MyNavyHR Portfolio, under Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions, Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Research, Development, and Acquisition. She also served as the Program Manager of the Security Cooperation Execution System for the Defense Logistics Agency and Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Prior to these program management roles, Ms. LeFevre was the Director of Enterprise Transition Planning at the Department of Defense Business Transformation Agency.
