Dr. Nikhil Krishnan
Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI OfficerDr. Nikhil Krishnan is Chief Technology Officer and Chief AI Officer at C3 AI, where he leads the company’s Applied AI organization and drives the technical direction of C3 AI’s enterprise AI platform and applications. Dr. Krishnan brings deep expertise across artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and industrial technology transformation, with a career spanning enterprise software, management consulting, academia, and applied research. Previously, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he served as a leader in the firm’s Advanced Industrials and Energy Practices, advising global enterprises on large-scale technology and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, Dr. Krishnan was an Assistant Professor at Columbia University and a research scientist at Applied Materials, Inc.
Dr. Krishnan earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and MS and PhD degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
